Rebeca Beeman, MS (Wild Balance Therapeutics)
Rebeca (she/her) offers a steady, caring and genuine presence to her clients. She holds a certification in Ecopsychology which means she provides nature-based interventions and perspectives as well as creative and art-based options within sessions. She is rooted in a systems approach based in family therapy, has been trained in Hakomi (mindful, somatic, and experiential approaches), and has a foundation in attachment theory. Rebeca has lived a rich life, was born in Mexico and has lived and traveled extensively abroad, enabling her to hold a multicultural and culturally sensitive point of view. She is fluent in Spanish and English and is trained, practiced and focused in social justice. Prior to becoming a therapist, Rebeca has had careers in international education, documentary storytelling, and community and union organizing — all of which contribute to her ability to relate to a wide range of people, backgrounds and identities. She is collaborative, client-centered, strengths-based and creative in her approach.
