Bill Banick Leads T’ai Chi Classes in Hamden, CT – September 2015
T’ai chi (taijiquan) is an ancient Chinese martial art based on internal energy or “chi”. It uses slow flowing, connected movement to integrate mind & body, generate flexibility, strength & well-being.
Join us on Thursdays, September 3rd, 10th & 17th @ 6 – 7 PM. Class offered by Bill Banick of Long River Taijiquan, outdoor, on our patio!
T’ai chi taijiquan has been shown to improve balance, increase concentration, build bone density, increase strength and flexibility, reduce blood pressure and improved immune system function.
Enjoy an hour of outdoor exercise and moving meditation. (Rain location offered; check Facebook.) It’s just $12 to drop in or $30 for the 3 September classes.
